GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND BOOKING - LE HAMEAU DES PECHEURS
PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATIONS
The client acknowledges having read the general terms and conditions of sale before making the reservation.
The client has access to all the informations online and our sales team can answer questions by phone or email.
PRICE CHANGES
Prices and durations of stay are dynamic and may change as the seasons progress.
Le Hameau des Pêcheurs cannot be held responsible for any price differences between two stays booked for the same period.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS
The client can make a reservation online on the website : www.hameaudespecheurs.fr.
Reservations are considered effective once the 50% deposit of the stay's total cost has been received.
PAYMENT METHODS AND TERMS
On the website, payment for the stay can be made by credit card or e-ANCV (French vacation vouchers).
For individuals, 50% of the total stay amount is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the start of the stay.
Payments by vacation vouchers should be sent to Camping le Hameau des Pêcheurs, 801 route des plages, 73470 Novalaise.
The reservation may be confirmed upon receipt of an administrative mandate.
Payments are accepted by credit card, e-ANCV, bank transfer, or cash. CHEQUE PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
MODIFICATION OF PARTICIPANT NUMBERS AND PARTIAL CANCELLATION BY YOU
Any changes of participants numbers will not affect the price unless agreed upon by management.
The number of nights stated on the signed quote will be the number of nights invoiced.
TOTAL CANCELLATION BY YOU
If you have to cancel your booking, Le Hameau des Pêcheurs will make every effort to accommodate the request.
From the date of booking until 30 days before the start of the reservation: 50% of the total reservation amount is due.
From the 29th day until the start of the reservation: 100% of the total reservation amount is due.
In case of a « No Show » : 100% of the total reservation amount is due.
TOTAL CANCELLATION BY US
If we have to cancel your booking due to reasons beyond our control, we will propose you another date.
If this date is not suitable, we will provide a full refund of the reservation. No compensatory indemnity will be paid.
DEPOSIT
The booking of accommodation will be accompanied by a financial deposit to cover any potential damage or inconvenience caused to other clients or cleaning costs.
This deposit will cost 250 € per accommodation.
LOANED EQUIPMENT
The person renting equipment provided by Camping Le Hameau des Pêcheurs will take care of the items “as a good father of the family.” Le Hameau des Pêcheurs will charge for any necessary repairs in case of damage, loss, or theft of the equipment, as well as any additional costs that may arise, which may be deducted from the deposit.
TIMES
Accommodations are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
RISK INFORMATION
We cannot substitute for your individual or collective civil liability (insurance).
You accept the normal risks inherent in the natural environment where Le Hameau des Pêcheurs is located.
LOSS, THEFT, DAMAGE
Le Hameau des Pêcheurs declines any responsibility in case of theft or damage to personal belongings in both accommodations and common areas.
Access to Camping Le Hameau des Pêcheurs by car is permitted with one vehicle per pitch.
PETS
Pets are not allowed.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints related to the stay must be reported to the staff during the stay. No complaint will be processed if it was not mentioned to the staff during the stay.
Acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale and reservation constitutes acceptance of the internal regulations as well.
