General Conditions
Pets not allowed in rented accommodation. Cars are not authorised for the Rand'o Toile and the Rand'o Bois. Double axe caravans are not autorised
Low season : arrival date any day.
PRICES
The published prices, with taxes and services included, are for the current season . Our prices can be modified without notice. The contractual price is the one fixed during the definitive reservation.
The gas, water and electricity use are included in the rental price.
The options (baby beds, disposable sheets) are provided on request according the price list.
RESERVATION
The contract comes into effect from the definitive reservation. The reservation becomes definitive when we receive the amount of the deposit of the price of your stay, and the reservation contract completed.
In July and August, the days of arrival and départure of the chalets are the saturday and the wednesday.
During the low season, the rentals can start on any day.
For the Cabatentes, the arrival and departure day in July and august are the saturday and the wednesday.
The camping places must be free before 12.00 or the following night will have to be paid. The arrivals and departures can be everyday.
GUARANTEE
A guarantee of 190€ will be asked for the rentals at the beginning of your stay. The missing or damaged equipment are included in the guarantee.
A deposit of 70€ will be asked at your arrival for the cleaning of the rented accommodation in the event of restitution not perfectly clean.
The guarantee and the deposit will be restored after checking of the rented accommodation by the person in charge.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
For the camping places or the chalets, a deposit of 25% of the total amount must be paid for the reservation.
For the chalets, the final payment must be made at the latest 4 weeks before the beginning of your stay. If the total amount is below 100€, this amount will have to be paid at the reservation.
In case of a reservation less than 4 weeks before the date of the stay, the total amount of the stay will be asked.
MODIFICATION
The tenant will have to inform by letter any changes concerning the stay.
CANCELLATION
The rental becomes final only with our agreement and starting from the final reservation.
In case of cancellation:
If you cancel more than 31 days before the date of arrival, an amount equal to 25% of the integral cost of the stay will be retained.
If you cancel less than 31 days before the date of arrival, an amount equal to the integral cost of the stay will be retained.(or if you don't present yourselves at this date).
INTERNAL RULES
The campers have to respect the internal rules of the campsite. The animals are not accepted in our chalet.
RESPONSABILITIES
The responsibility of the campsite, within the limit of its legal responsibility, is not committed in the event of :
Theft, loss or damage of any kind, during or following a stay
Any accident occurred on the campsite, on the plays and equipment placed at the disposal of the families
Breakdown or outage of the technical equipment.
The responsibility of the campsite is not engaged in case of damage made by or on the vehicles of the campers on the campsite and camping place. Only the French version of this document will be taken in the event of litigation
