Article 1 - Scope of application of the general terms and conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions govern all sales of stays made on the website www.lesauches.com. They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions prior to any reservation of a stay, for themselves and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with the law in force, these general terms and conditions are made available to any customer for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained upon simple written request addressed to the establishment's head office.
Article 2 - Booking conditions
The price of stays is indicated in euros, VAT included. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that tourist tax is not included in the price.
2.1 Price and payment
For campsite pitch reservations: All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the deposit of 25% of the stay and the booking fees.

For any delay not reported, the rental/pitch becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the reservation contract. After this period, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be null and void and the deposit will remain acquired by the campsite management.
2.2 Modification of reservation
No reduction will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure.
2.3 Cancellation
Any reservation not paid in accordance with the general conditions of sale will be canceled. For any cancellation received more than 60 days before the start date of the stay, will be refunded excluding administration fees.
Between 59 and 30 days before the arrival date: 25% of the contract is due
Between 29 days and 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the contract is due
Between 14 days and 8 days before the arrival date: 80% of the contract is due
Less than 8 days before the arrival date: 100% of the contract is due
Cancellation by Camping Les Auches:
The amounts paid will be fully refunded
2.4 Withdrawal
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code do not apply to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code).
Thus, for any order for a stay with the campsite, the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal
2.5 Cancellation insurance
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. This contract offers you a cancellation guarantee which allows you to obtain a refund of the sums paid in the event of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions (illness, accident, etc.).
Insurance rates:
Camping pitch: 2.6% of the amount of the stay
Chalet and mobile home rental: 2.6% of the amount of the stay
Article 3 - Course of the stay
3.1 Arrivals and Departures
For rentals: arrivals are from 2 p.m., departures are before 10 a.m.
For campsites: arrivals are from 2 p.m., departures are before 1 p.m.
3.2 Rental deposit.
A deposit of €300 per accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival. It will be refunded on the day of your departure, during the opening hours of the cash desk, after an inventory. The invoicing of any damage will be added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a perfectly clean state. If you cannot be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned to you the next day after the inventory
3.3 Departure
Any return of the key after 10 a.m. or vacating the pitch after 1 p.m. will result in the invoicing of an additional night. Any extension of stay must be made 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Animals
Animals are not allowed inside the rentals.
In the campsite 1 animal allowed on the pitch kept on a leash and vaccinated.
3.5 Internal regulations
As required by law, you must adhere to our internal regulations, filed with the prefecture, displayed at our reception and a copy of which will be given to you on request.
Swimming pool and playground:
Access reserved only for residents of the campsite, children must be accompanied by an adult.
Connection of electric vehicles:
Only at the terminal provided for this purpose in front of the reception office. (Connection prohibited on the Pitch), Billing per kWh consumed.
Rules of life on the campsite:
The use of sound devices must not be perceived beyond the perimeter of each pitch. From 10:00 p.m., it is mandatory that everyone respects the right to rest of their neighbors.
For all common areas (toilets, outdoor games, swimming pool and paddling pool) supervision is provided by parents or accompanying adults. The management declines all responsibility in the event of an accident. Electric barbecues are prohibited.
At the swimming pool, swimming shorts are prohibited and swimming diapers are mandatory for babies.
Traffic: Vehicle traffic is limited to 10 km/h and is prohibited in the campsite between 10:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. (motorcycles do not have specific authorizations). Any person present on the campsite must behave as a good father.
Visitors: To preserve the calm of the campsite, your friends will be able to visit you from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Visitors must report to reception to pay their fee (€3/day and do not have access to the swimming pool), visitors will be under the responsibility of their hosts and the vehicle parked outside. (Maximum 3 people/day).
Article 4 - Liability
The Campsite declines all liability for damage suffered by the camper-caravaner's equipment that is its own fault; insurance for your equipment in terms of civil liability is mandatory.
Article 5 - Applicable law
These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls under the jurisdiction of the High Court or the Commercial Court of Gap.
