GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
1- BOOKING CONDITIONS
• The reservation of a rental accommodation becomes effective only with our agreement (verification of availability... ) and after receipt of a 30% deposit on the total amount of the stay, plus booking fees not deductible from the invoice or refundable in case of cancellation, as well as the contribution for the cancellation insurance if it is subscribed.
• The balance of the stay will be due no later than 30 days before arrival.
• Reservations less than 30 days before arrival in: the entire stay will be required at the time of booking by credit card.
• If you do not pay in full 30 days prior to arrival, the property reserves the right to consider the reservation cancelled. Amounts paid as a down payment remain with the institution.
• Payment methods: payment can be made by credit card, holiday vouchers, e-ANCVS, PAYPAL, IDEAL
• The rates are inclusive of VAT with a 10% rate applicable on the day they were determined.
Any subsequent change in the applicable VAT rate, occurring between the time when the rates were determined and the billing of the stay, will result in a consequential change in the price including all taxes, which the customer accepts without reservation.
• The rental is personal, it is forbidden to sublet or assign the site to a third party.
• Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. The property reserves the right to cancel any booking made in the presence of minors not accompanied by their parents or legal guardians and the amounts paid will not be refunded.
• Special request: It is possible to make a location request when booking. We will do our best to satisfy your request without guaranteeing you a precise location. The number of the accommodation will be communicated to you only on arrival.
• The plans and photos presented on our communication media are non-contractual.
2- INFORMATION AND PRICES
• All our rates are based on 1 or 2 people. For each additional person, a supplement is applied.
• Additional people: for compliance and safety reasons, the number of people indicated cannot be exceeded knowing that a baby counts as one person. If the number of people exceeds the maximum capacity of the accommodation, the management reserves the right to refuse access to the establishment and the amounts paid will not be refunded.
• The tourist tax is 0.65€ per day and per person. It is collected on behalf of the Community of Communes and is payable with the balance of your stay.
The amounts collected, per day and per person over 18 years of age, are provisional. If the amount of tax is increased, the customer will be asked for the additional fee.
• Animal: pets are accepted under conditions (except 1st and 2nd category dogs). They must be tattooed or marked, kept on a leash and have an up-to-date vaccination record.
The vaccination card must be presented on site.
Your “four-legged friends” should not be left alone in lodges or tents.
They are welcome in our restaurant (outdoor terrace).
Access to the pool is not allowed, but we have a beautiful location so you can keep an eye on them.
• Services included in your rental: All our accommodations are provided with towels, bed linen and beds are made on arrival
• Baby equipment: on reservation and subject to availability: free provision of cot and high chair.
• Right of withdrawal: At the lodges of Mas de Nadal we would like to remind you that under article L. 221-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on accommodation services, transport, catering and leisure services provided on a specified date or at a specified frequency. A summary of your stay is communicated to you when booking by phone or on our website before any final payment, so that all orders placed cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal.
3- YOUR STAY
• Charcoal and high-flame barbecues are prohibited.
Only gas barbecues placed on the terrace and electric are allowed.
• The Customer must verify that he has taken out a comprehensive insurance policy and Civil Liability.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, no discount will be granted, the stay will be charged until the end of the contractual date.
• Late or delayed arrival: the property must be notified of any possible delay in your arrival, so that you can keep your rental or location.
We reserve the right to have the planned location if there is no news 24 hours after the scheduled date. Payments made will not be refunded.
• Children are under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians and must therefore remain under their supervision during the entire stay, at the pool (unsupervised) as well as on the playgrounds.
• All our rental accommodations are non-smoking. The bathrooms and common areas are non-smoking.
It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the floor.
• Accommodations are available on arrival day from 4 pm and until 7 pm, they must be vacated before 11 am.
• At the Lodges du Mas de Nadal is a pedestrian area, vehicles must be parked on the parking lot once installed in your accommodation.
• Each rental contains bedding, pillows, blankets, duvets.
• Rental insurance: the client must verify with their insurance company that they have a vacation extension under their Home Insurance contract and its guarantee conditions. If this is not the case, the tenant is obliged to insure against the risks inherent in his occupation.
Namely: theft, loss, damage to personal effects (suitcases, objects, furniture, valuables, vehicles, bicycles...). He must also be sure of the damages that he could cause in the accommodation given for rent or in the establishment, by his own fault or that of his companions.
• The client undertakes to use the rented accommodation without degrading it or disturbing the tranquility of the neighborhood, and will be required to comply with the provisions of the internal rules attached to the booking contract.
A formal notice will be given, which may result in the immediate termination of the rental without compensation.
If it is not respected, in the case of:
•Nuisance (noise...) or damage to the integrity of installations
•Non-compliance with the conditions for acceptance of pets
•Number of occupants above the advertised capacity (person or animal in addition, not declared).
Dispute: In case of dispute during your stay, please contact the reception of the property first.
If this first contact is not satisfactory, please send a letter to

It is necessary to include the subject of your application, your contact information, file number and any supporting documents. • Image rights: you expressly and without compensation, the establishment to use, on any communication medium, photos and videos of you or your children that may be taken during your stay, for advertising purposes of the establishment. The reuse of photos, videos and other visuals for any personal or other use is prohibited.
4- CANCELLATION
•Inability to travel to the holiday location due to lockdown, prohibition of

•Closure of the campsite following a decision taken by the competent government authorities (sanitary conditions, confinement, prohibition to rent, etc.)
General cancellation conditions:
•Free cancellation and refund (excluding file fees) up to D-60
•Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival: no refund of the deposit.
•Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: No refund of the deposit and the total amount of the stay is due.

This insurance allows you to cancel your stay without charge when you are unable to travel for reasons of illness (including covid-19), death, loss of employment, pregnancy complication, always on presentation of supporting documents.
The amount is payable in full and only at the time of booking.
No cancellation insurance, no refund will be possible for cancellations less than 60 days before the arrival date and for any reason whatsoever.
The events covered are those provided for in the general conditions of the cancellation insurance available on request at the reservations department.
In the event of an open claim, you are required to notify us of your withdrawal and contact NEAT according to the terms described in the general conditions of cancellation insurance and within 10 days following the occurrence of the claim, and providing NEAT with the necessary information and supporting documentation.
5- PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the legislation on personal data protection that came into force on 25 May 2018, and under the collection of personal data contained in the booking contract, the customer has a right of access, rectification and deletion of data by sending requests to:

6- REGLEMENT INTERIEUR
The rules of procedure are posted at the entrance.
Anyone entering the domain is obliged to respect it.
In case of violation of the rules, the management or its representative reserves the right to expel the offending clients without notice.
