Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all bookings made with CHADOTEL campsites. Their purpose is to define the rights and obligations of both parties, namely CHADOTEL and the customer, in the context of the sale of stays in outdoor accommodation. Any booking implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
Article 1 – Scope of Application
restriction or reservation, to any booking of accommodation or an undeveloped pitch at any campsite operated by SAS CHADOTEL – 54 rue Georges Clemenceau, 85520 Jard-sur-Mer – registered with the La Roche-sur-Yon Trade and Companies Register under Siren number 38833452600083.
They apply to both individual and professional clients, whether booking:
• on our website www.chadotel.com,
• by phone,
• by postal mail,
• by email,
• or directly at the reception of our establishments.
The main features of our services (accommodations, pitches, facilities) are presented:
• directly on our website, or
• if you book by another means, on a written document (paper or electronic).
The client must review this information before confirming their booking.
The selection and purchase of the stay are the client’s responsibility.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale replace any other conditions applicable to Chadotel, including those related to other sales channels. They are available at any time on our website and are the binding terms at the time of your booking.
Unless proven otherwise, data recorded in our computer system constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the client.
Personal Data Protection
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (“Informatique et Libertés”) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the client may exercise their rights of access, correction, or opposition at any time (if the processing is not essential for contract execution).
To do so, please write to:
CHADOTEL, 54 rue Georges Clemenceau – 85520 Jard-sur-Mer, providing proof of identity.
Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
By booking a stay with us, the client declares that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions:
• either by ticking the box provided when booking online,
• or, for any other type of booking, by any other appropriate means.
Article 2 – Reservations
Booking your stay with Chadotel is easy! You select (online or on the documents provided by Chadotel):
• the campsite of your choice,
• available dates,
• type of stay,
• desired options,
then confirm your order.
You are responsible for checking that all the information in your order is correct and must notify Chadotel within 24 hours in case of any error.
A reservation becomes final only after written confirmation from Chadotel (by email or postal mail) and receipt of an initial payment. Any order validated on www.chadotel.com thus constitutes a distance contract between you and Chadotel.
Important:
• Minimum stay:
o Low season (outside school holidays): 2 nights minimum.
o Public holiday weekends and major events: 3–4 nights minimum.
o High season (school holidays): 7 nights minimum for rentals, with arrivals on Saturday, Sunday, or Wednesday depending on the campsite.
• Reservations are nominative and cannot be transferred.
• The Reservations Department can be reached at 02 51 33 05 05 or by email at info@chadotel.com.
Legal Capacity
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions and confirming the reservation, the client declares that they have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If not, the authorization of a guardian or legal representative is mandatory.
Individual and Group Bookings
Our accommodations and pitches offered online are intended exclusively for individual clients.
For group bookings, please contact our Reservations Department directly (by email or via the “Contact” section of the website). Chadotel reserves the right to accept or refuse the request after review.
Participants
Each participant counts, regardless of age.
One baby = one child = one adult = 1 participant.
Undeveloped Pitches
When booking an undeveloped pitch, the client must indicate the exact size of their equipment (caravan, motorhome, car, trailer). Any error may prevent occupation of the pitch, at the client’s expense.
Article 3 – Rates
Chadotel stays are offered at the rates in effect at the time of booking, as indicated:
• on our website www.chadotel.com,
• or on any Chadotel information or communication material.
Prices are expressed in euros, excluding and including taxes (HT and TTC).
Discounts and Promotions
Our rates take into account any special offers or discounts promoted on our website or other communication channels.

Rates are fixed and cannot be revised during their validity period (as indicated on the website, in a confirmation email, or in a written proposal sent to the client).
After this period, the offer becomes void and Chadotel is no longer bound by the stated prices.

The amount requested from the client corresponds to the total reservation, including fees.
An invoice is issued by Chadotel and provided to the client at the end of the stay.
