1- USE OF THE PREMISES
The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental property and use it in accordance with the intended purpose of the premises. He undertakes to leave the chalet as clean as he found it on arrival. Under no circumstances may the rental agreed between the parties to this contract be transferred, even in part, to third parties, whether natural or legal persons, without the agreement of the owner.
Any breach of this clause may result in the immediate cancellation of the rental to the detriment of the Tenant, with the proceeds of the rental remaining the property of the Owner.
2-NUMBER OF TENANTS
If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity indicated in the preliminary contract, the owner reserves the right to refuse the additional tenants or to terminate the contract or to receive a surcharge.
3- PAYMENT
Reservation: The reservation becomes effective as soon as the tenant has sent the owner a deposit of Euro and a copy of the signed contract, before the date indicated on the front page. The second copy is to be kept by the Tenant.
4-INVENTORY - INVENTORY OF FIXTURES
An inventory will be carried out by the owner or his representative at the beginning and end of the tenant's stay.
5-CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
All cancellations must be notified to the owner by registered letter or telegram.
A/ By the tenant to the owner.
--The deposit is returned when the chalet can be re-let for the same period and at the same price.
--The deposit remains the property of the owner, who will ask for the balance of the cost of the stay if the chalet is not re-let.
If the tenant does not show up within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on this contract,
--This contract becomes null and void and the owner may dispose of the flat.
B/ By the owner to the tenant.
--The owner will pay the tenant double the amount of the sums collected.
6-STAY INTERRUPTION
In the event of interruption of the stay by the tenant, no reimbursement will be made.
7- PETS
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CHALETS, although exceptions may be made by the owner.
